Approving the Fund Strategy
The Fund strategy includes the following objectives:
- Coordination of strategies, action plans, and effective partnerships across the Arabian Leopard range;
- Enable effective actions to support the long term conservation of Arabian Leopard; and
- Share Knowledge and best practices to support the long term conservation of Arabian Leopard.


Arabian Leopard Regional Strategy
In collaboration with Environment and Protected Areas Authority - Sharjah, UAE, the Arabian Leopard Regional Strategy will be reviewed and updated in February 2023. The updated strategy will act the backbone of all Arabian Leopard conservation initiatives and national action plan in the range states.
The Fund Scholarship Program
A scholarship program are under development and a first group of students will be selected during Autumn 2022. The program will include 50 scholarship in different scientific disciplines and grades that serve the conservation needs of the Arabian Leopard.


Grants
The fund has developed a grant making cycles to include small grants and large grants and developed all procedures for application, eligibility and grant management. A special portal will be developed and designed to serve the grant cycle management and grantees.
